It is unbelievable, hard to believe but nevertheless true that as many as a staggering eighty percent of Americans have experienced lower back pain in one form or another during their lifetimes. This kind of lower back pain can vary according to the location and other conditions and typically will be dull and are also noticed as blunt aches that in some instances can prove to be very excruciating as well as sharp enough to totally immobilize even an especially strong person.
